MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation Teen Center
Kendale was honored to be selected by the foundation to construct their new 13,200SF teen center as well as renovate their existing office space.
The Teen Center furthers the foundation’s mission of promoting youth academic achievement. This is accomplished primarily through teaching young teens life skills through community outreach, mentorship, and after school programs and tutoring.
Unique features of the project include a large cantilevered entry, rigid inclusion foundations, a teaching kitchen, music studio, game rooms, and more.
