Flagler College

When Flagler College needed to renovate their kitchen and dining hall in their Ponce Dining facility, they knew they needed to bring in the experts.

We were honored to work on the “crown jewel” of the Flagler College campus, the original Ponce De Leon hotel built by Henry Flagler in 1888. Our craftsmen joined Louis Tiffany and Thomas Edison as contributors to this beautiful historic structure. The challenges were numerous on this project including little access for large equipment, extensive structural work required, outdated MEP systems, and a tight schedule. Despite the obstacles, Kendale completed the project ontime and onbudget. The final product was a beautiful project, deserving to be within such an impressive historic building.
