Due to extreme local demand, we converted an existing distribution building to a FedEx Ground facility. This included replacement of the existing pre-engineered building structure.
We added new utilities, sitework, automated gates and turnstiles, extensive MEPs, a server room, and dock equipment over two separate sites.
The project was completed in just eight weeks.
