FedEx Ground

 

• The Kendale team converted an existing warehouse in Key West, FL to a FedEx Ground distribution center.
• We added an extensive fire protection system throughout the building, deep auger foundations, structural modifications to the building, extensive MEP and utility work.
• We also constructed the new office area and server room.
• The facility was finished in just six weeks.
