FedEx Ground Orlando Hub Reconfiguration by Kendale Design/Build

Kendale reconfigured the entire site at FedEx Ground’s main distribution hub in Orlando (their primary facility serving Florida).
Services included expanding the truck parking area, reconfiguring drives, milling/paving existing asphalt, adding extensive concrete flatwork, sealcoating and striping.
The facility was operational 24/7 throughout the duration of the project.
The first phase expansion was completed within four weeks in preparation for
peak season.
