Charlotte Hub Pavement Reconstruction
- Originally constructed in the early 90s, the paving at FedEx’s busy Charlotte, NC hub was failing and in need of total reconstruction.
- Kendale proposed an innovative process (Full Depth Reclamation) in lieu of traditional pavement reconstruction, which greatly reduced the impact on the facilities operations.
- Our out-of-the box thinking and use of FDR, saved the client $5,000,000 and three months of construction schedule, all while providing a more durable product.
